Secretary of the Air Force must ensure continued production and procurement of at least one model of advanced capability fighter aircraft (F-16 Block 70/72 or F-15EX) and one model of fifth generation fighter aircraft until all Air National Guard legacy fighter units are recapitalized

Amends Section 154(b)(2) of the FY2025 National Defense Authorization Act to include fifth generation fighter aircraft in the Air National Guard fighter fleet sustainment plan

GAO must conduct a review of advanced capability fighter procurement challenges and provide a briefing to congressional defense committees within one year, followed by a final report within 30 days of the briefing

Secretary of the Air Force must submit a feasibility study within 180 days examining the need for advanced capability fighter aircraft, including cost savings from foreign F-16 sales and whether multiyear contracts would be optimal

Secretary must submit annual progress reports to Congress on implementing GAO recommendations and replacing legacy aircraft with advanced capability, fifth generation, or next-generation air dominance fighter aircraft
