Approximately 1,082.63 acres of federal land from Olympic National Park in Washington State will be taken into trust by the United States for the benefit of the Lower Elwha Klallam Tribe and added to the Lower Elwha Indian Reservation

The Elwha River portion of the transferred land must be managed in accordance with the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act, with exceptions allowed under the Elwha River Ecosystem and Fisheries Restoration Act

The land is exempt from federal valuation, appraisal, or equalization requirements, and the Secretary of the Interior must conduct a boundary survey after enactment

Gaming is prohibited on all land transferred under this act, as it cannot be considered Indian lands under the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act

Treaty rights under the 1855 Treaty of Point No Point between the United States and S'Klallam Indians remain unaffected by this legislation
