Transfers approximately 583.79 acres of Forest Service land in California (known as "Four Corners Federal land") into trust for the Pit River Tribe, subject to valid existing rights

Excludes approximately 20.03 acres of roads, highways, and public rights-of-way from the transfer

Requires the Secretary of Agriculture to complete a survey of the land within 180 days of enactment

Designates the transferred land as part of the Pit River Tribe Reservation, to be administered under standard federal trust land regulations

Prohibits the use of the transferred land for Class II or Class III gaming under the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act
