Amends the TAIPEI Act of 2019 to clarify that UN General Assembly Resolution 2758 only established PRC representatives as China's UN representatives, and did not address Taiwan's representation, sovereignty, or relationship with the PRC

Directs U.S. representatives in international organizations to use American voice, vote, and influence to resist PRC efforts to distort organizational decisions, language, policies, or procedures regarding Taiwan

Requires the U.S. to encourage allies and partners to oppose PRC efforts to undermine Taiwan's official diplomatic relationships and partnerships with non-diplomatic partner countries

Expands existing reporting requirements to include information on PRC attempts to undermine Taiwan's membership or observer status in international organizations and Taiwan's relationships with other countries
