Amends the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to add the Deerfield River in Massachusetts and Vermont to the list of rivers designated for study

Study covers the entire Deerfield River including the North, South, East, and West Branches

Includes major tributaries: Green River, North River, South River, Clesson Brook, Chickley River, Cold River, Gulf Brook, Bog Brook, and Dunbar Brook

Secretary of the Interior must complete the study and submit a report to Congress within 3 years after funds are made available
