Secretary of Defense must designate TRICARE Prime geographical areas in Puerto Rico using the same methodology applied to the 50 states

Travel and transportation allowances under TRICARE must be extended to eligible individuals located in Puerto Rico who would otherwise qualify for such benefits

Federal Electronic Health Record Modernization Office must coordinate with Puerto Rico's Department of Health to enable health information sharing through the Joint Health Information Exchange

Secretary of Defense must submit a progress report to the House and Senate Armed Services Committees within 180 days of enactment
