Authority is temporary, lasting seven years from enactment, and bypasses restrictions in the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990

National Cemetery Administration website must be updated during this period to reflect expanded eligibility for headstones and markers

Extends certain limits on veterans' pension payments from November 30, 2031 to February 29, 2032
