Explicitly excludes abortion as a qualifying life event and prohibits abortion-related information from being included in the Military OneSource pregnancy resource guide

Requires the Secretary of Defense to submit a report to Congress within two years analyzing access to maternal health care in the military health system, including staffing shortages, wait times, care continuity during permanent changes of station, and 10-year funding data

Mandates creation of a comprehensive maternal health resource guide on Military OneSource within one year, covering available services, prenatal development information, financial assistance, mental health counseling, and guidance for maintaining care continuity during relocations

Requires training for military and family life counselors on addressing non-medical needs of pregnant beneficiaries, and notification to Military OneSource when a covered beneficiary reports a pregnancy
