Adds approximately 6,817 acres within Routt National Forest to the existing Sarvis Creek Wilderness in Colorado, amending the Colorado Wilderness Act of 1993

Boundaries are defined by a map entitled "Sarvis Creek Wilderness Addition Proposal" dated February 26, 2024

Preserves all treaty rights of Indian Tribes and permits tribal access for traditional, religious, and cultural purposes

Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to conduct fire, insect, and disease control activities within the wilderness addition as deemed necessary
