Secretary of Homeland Security must publish monthly reports by the 7th of each month on the number of special interest aliens encountered attempting to enter the U.S. unlawfully

Reports must include total numbers, nationalities or countries of last habitual residence, geographic regions of encounters, and whether encounters occurred at ports of entry (land, air, or sea), between ports, or in the U.S. interior

Reports must identify which nationalities are from "covered nations" as defined in 10 U.S.C. 4872(f)(2)

First report must include retroactive data covering January 20, 2021 through January 19, 2025

"Special interest alien" defined as an alien who, based on travel pattern analysis, potentially poses a national security risk to the United States
