Secretary of the Interior must reissue within 180 days a June 30, 2017 final rule (82 Fed. Reg. 30502) that removes the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem grizzly bear population from the federal endangered and threatened wildlife list

The rule must be reissued without regard to any other provision of law that would normally apply to such rulemaking

The reissuance of the rule and the Act itself are explicitly exempt from judicial review
