Waives the core township selection requirement under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act for Cape Fox Village Corporation, exempting approximately 185 acres of unconveyed land within the township where the Native Village of Saxman is located

Authorizes conveyance of approximately 180 acres of surface land within Tongass National Forest to Cape Fox Village Corporation within 90 days of Cape Fox submitting a written selection notice to the Secretary of the Interior

Requires the Secretary to convey the subsurface estate of the same federal land to Sealaska Corporation, with all conveyances to be completed within 180 days of receiving the selection notice

Reserves a public easement on the conveyed land to maintain access to National Forest System land further inland on Revillagigedo Island from George Inlet

Conveyances fulfill Cape Fox's land entitlement under Section 16 of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act and Sealaska Corporation's subsurface entitlement under Section 14(f) of the same Act
