Requires the Secretary of Labor to submit an annual report to Congress by December 31 each year on Employee Benefit Security Administration (EBSA) enforcement investigations from the preceding fiscal year

Each investigation report must include: the EBSA office that opened it, the date opened, the date documents were first requested from the investigation target, and whether the investigation concluded within 36 months

For investigations exceeding 36 months, the report must explain why the investigation remains open and provide an estimated conclusion date

Protects privacy by excluding identifying information about private parties, including plan sponsors, fiduciaries, service providers, employees, and participants

Defines investigation conclusion as the later of when the Secretary ceases investigative authority or terminates targeted compliance monitoring, as documented in a closing letter to the target
