SBA Administrator must relocate all regional, district, and local SBA offices located in sanctuary jurisdictions to non-sanctuary locations within 120 days of making a public determination that an office is in a sanctuary jurisdiction

Sanctuary jurisdiction is defined as any political subdivision with statutes, ordinances, policies, or practices that prohibit sharing immigration status information with federal authorities or complying with DHS detainer requests under the Immigration and Nationality Act

Offices that fail to relocate within the 120-day deadline must cease operations, and the office head must submit a written explanation within 5 days or face immediate removal by the Administrator

Employees at closed offices must be reassigned to another SBA office in the same state that is not in a sanctuary jurisdiction, or to any non-sanctuary office if none exists in that state

SBA is prohibited from establishing any new covered offices in sanctuary jurisdictions going forward
