Amends the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to exclude workforce training income from being counted when determining SNAP (food stamp) eligibility and benefits

Strikes subsection (l) of Section 5, which currently contains limitations on training-related income exclusions

Excludes allowances, earnings, and payments from SNAP employment and training programs, state-established vocational rehabilitation programs, and refugee employment programs under Section 412(c) of the Immigration and Nationality Act

Allows SNAP beneficiaries to participate in job training and workforce development programs without risking reduction or loss of food assistance benefits
