Reauthorizes the Global Fragility Act of 2019, extending the Prevention and Stabilization Fund and Complex Crises Fund from 2024 to 2030

Establishes mandatory annual meetings of a Global Fragility Act Steering Committee, chaired by the Deputy Secretary of State or Deputy National Security Advisor, to evaluate alignment between country/regional plans and U.S. policy priorities

Requires participation from senior officials across State Department, USAID, Defense Department, Treasury Department, and National Security Council in annual coordination meetings

Authorizes use of Prevention and Stabilization Fund for administrative expenses, operations management, and monitoring/evaluation/learning activities related to the Global Fragility Strategy

Permits Economic Support Fund appropriations to be used for monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities in priority countries and regions selected under the Act
