Raises export-related loan limits for small manufacturers from $4,500,000 to $9,000,000 (gross up to $10,000,000), with up to $8,000,000 available for working capital, supplies, or export financing

Doubles the Small Business Investment Act Section 504 loan limit for small manufacturers from $5,500,000 to $10,000,000
