Amends the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 to require the Secretary of Agriculture, beginning in fiscal year 2026, to make grants to eligible farm worker organizations for emergency relief during covered disasters

Covered disasters include adverse weather events (drought, wildfire, earthquake, hurricane, flood, excessive heat, tornado, freeze), unexpected health crises such as pandemics, and other events causing farm workers to lose income or be unable to work

Grant funds may be used for direct emergency relief payments to farm workers, building organizational capacity, community resiliency programs, infrastructure support including shelter, and emergency services

Eligible grant recipients include farm worker membership-based organizations and 501(c)(3) nonprofits with experience providing support services to farm workers, including migrant or seasonal workers

Funds provided to organizations remain available until expended, and the Secretary must develop a promotional plan and consult with eligible farm worker organizations in implementing the program
