Increases federal premium support for individual farm-based revenue or yield protection plans using enterprise or whole farm units to 77% for one coverage level and 68% for another coverage level

Modifies the Supplemental Coverage Option by reducing the coverage threshold from 14% to 10% and increasing the coverage level from 86% to 90%

Raises the federal premium subsidy for the Supplemental Coverage Option from 65% to 80%

Requires the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation to study the feasibility of providing supplemental coverage for counties larger than 1,400 square miles at a level between countywide and individual coverage

Mandates a report to the Senate and House Agriculture Committees within 1 year of enactment detailing study results and recommendations
