Holders of existing rights-of-way, easements, permits, or other authorizations may use them for aquifer recharge and water transport on behalf of States, political subdivisions, Indian Tribes, or public entities without requiring additional Secretary authorization

Such aquifer recharge use shall not be considered an expansion, modification, or substantial deviation from the original authorization

Holders must submit notice to the Bureau of Land Management at least 30 days before using existing authorizations for aquifer recharge purposes, identifying the entity, authorization, intended use scope, and providing a copy of the agreement

The bill does not waive obligations to comply with applicable Federal laws and Bureau policies, nor does it authorize construction, modification, or expansion of existing infrastructure
