Office of the Secretary, Office of Ethics Counsel, and Office of International Affairs must be transferred into the Office of the General Counsel, with transferred office heads reporting to the General Counsel

Office of the Chief Accountant, Office of Credit Ratings, and Office of Municipal Securities must be transferred into the Division of Corporate Finance

Office of Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs must be merged into the Office of Public Affairs, with the head of the larger office (by employee count) leading the merged unit and reporting to the Chief of Staff

Office of Investor Education and Advocacy must be transferred into the Office of the Investor Advocate

SEC may consolidate regional offices if it determines appropriate, and retains authority to further reorganize these offices in the future if necessary for public interest or investor protection
