Prohibits the use of any federal funds to rename the Persian Gulf, notwithstanding any other provision of law

Requires that all U.S. laws, maps, regulations, documents, papers, and other official records continue to refer to the body of water as the "Persian Gulf"

Any use of a different name for the Persian Gulf in official U.S. records would require express authorization from Congress
