Secretary of Commerce must develop standardized geospatial data standards for fishing restrictions and recreational vessel access to federal waters within 31 months of enactment

Within 4 years, National Marine Fisheries Service must publish GIS data on a public website showing fishing closures, recreational boating restrictions, marine protected areas, and navigation information for the exclusive economic zone

Data must be updated at least twice yearly for fishing/vessel restrictions, and in real-time for geographic boundaries of fishing restriction areas

Protects sensitive information from disclosure, including historic/cultural resource locations, commercial fishing proprietary data, and tribal fishing areas

Requires interagency coordination with Interior, Agriculture, Defense, Energy, EPA, Coast Guard, and Army Corps of Engineers to ensure database compatibility
