Prohibits military service for individuals with a current or past diagnosis of gender dysphoria, symptoms consistent with gender dysphoria, or any history of gender-affirming care including hormone therapy or surgical procedures

Requires the Secretary of each military branch to administratively discharge any current service members who fall under the prohibition

Exempts discharged service members from repaying educational benefits or completing remaining service obligations if gender dysphoria is the sole basis for separation

Mandates the Secretary of Defense to reinvestigate and readjudicate security clearance eligibility for all discharged personnel who previously held classified information access

Authorizes revocation of security clearances for discharged individuals who do not continue in positions requiring clearance or who decline to participate in the reinvestigation process
