Amends the Agricultural Act of 2014 to create additional indemnity payments for unborn livestock death losses occurring on or after January 1, 2025, when losses exceed normal mortality due to eligible disaster conditions

Payment rate set by the Secretary of Agriculture at up to 85% of the payment rate for the lowest weight class of the applicable livestock species

Payment multipliers vary by livestock type: 1x for cattle, bison, and horses; 2x for sheep; 12x for swine; and average number of birthed animals per gestation cycle for other eligible livestock

Covers unborn losses for cattle, bison, sheep, swine, horses, and other livestock species that were gestating at the time of death
