Establishes an Office of Agritourism within the Department of Agriculture, led by a Director appointed by the Secretary of Agriculture

Directs the Office to promote agritourism activities across all states and U.S. territories, including educational experiences, outdoor recreation, entertainment, direct sales, and farm accommodations

Requires the Director to coordinate with USDA agencies, conduct stakeholder outreach, provide technical assistance and mentorship to agritourism businesses, and facilitate interagency program coordination

Mandates review and improvement of farm enterprise development programs covering financial literacy, business planning, and marketing specifically for agritourism operations

Amends the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 to codify the new office and grants the Secretary authority to carry out its functions
