Secretary of Agriculture must designate and maintain at least 20% of all trails in Shawnee National Forest for recreational use by electric bicycles (e-bikes) and off-highway vehicles including ATVs and ORVs

Secretary must manage and monitor designated trails to ensure appropriate maintenance for recreational use while minimizing adverse impacts to natural resources

At least one trail must remain open at all times for covered vehicle recreational use, including trail riding

Secretary may not prohibit use of e-bikes and off-highway vehicles on paved roads within Shawnee National Forest
