Creates a secure electronic "DPA Registry" within 1 year to track all uses of Defense Production Act authorities, including why and how each authority was used to support national defense

Mandates quarterly updates to the registry by all federal agencies using DPA authorities, with tiered access levels for federal employees, Congress, and the public while protecting national security-sensitive information

Requires the Comptroller General to report to Congress within 2 years assessing the Committee's coordination quality, information sharing, and recommendations for improvement
