Amends Section 1076d(a)(2) of title 10, United States Code, changing the expiration date from January 1, 2030 to January 1, 2026

Provides affected servicemembers with the choice between military (TRICARE) and civilian (FEHB) healthcare plans rather than being limited to only FEHB

Aims to ensure continuity of care for reserve and National Guard members throughout mobilization cycles when they transition between civilian and military duty status
