All maintenance staff positions at the National Park Service must be filled using previously appropriated funds

Employees involuntarily removed or terminated from the National Park Service between January 20, 2025, and the bill's enactment must be reinstated

Secretary must continue carrying out NPS projects funded under the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act, Great American Outdoors Act, Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, and Inflation Reduction Act of 2022
