Secretary of Defense must provide relocation assistance program information to service members and their families at least 45 days before a permanent change of station takes effect

Required information must include family assistance programs, housing assistance, mental health support, educational resources for dependent children, legal and financial counseling, and other relocation support services

Expands existing relocation assistance requirements to include education system information, school enrollment procedures, Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children provisions, and special education services for children with disabilities

Secretary must develop a communication strategy using digital outreach and printed materials, provide resources at military installations and online, and assess family satisfaction with the information provided

Secretary of Defense must brief the House and Senate Armed Services Committees annually for three years on implementation status, awareness levels among military families, and recommendations for improvement
