Increases the lowest threshold from $250,000 to $500,000 for certain reporting requirements under section 36(a)(10)

Raises key notification thresholds including: $7 million to $30 million, $25 million to $105 million, $14 million to $30 million, and $50 million to $105 million across multiple sections of the Act

Increases higher-value thresholds from $100 million to $205 million, $200 million to $410 million, and $300 million to $615 million for major arms sales notifications
