Prohibits nonresident aliens, foreign businesses, and agents/trustees/fiduciaries associated with designated foreign adversary governments from purchasing public or private real estate in the United States

Designated foreign adversaries include the People's Republic of China (including Hong Kong but excluding Taiwan), Cuba, Iran, North Korea, the Russian Federation, and Venezuelan politician Nicolás Maduro

Includes any organization designated as a foreign terrorist organization under section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act

Applies to all U.S. states, territories, and possessions including Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Northern Mariana Islands

Directs the President to take necessary actions to implement and enforce the prohibition
