Requires the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to submit an annual report to Congress on causes of death among veterans

Report must identify for each veteran death whether the veteran had a service-connected disability rated as total, the primary cause of death, and secondary cause of death if applicable

Report must specifically note whether each veteran died by suicide secondary to a service-connected disability rated as total

Report must include total counts of veterans who died from each primary cause of death during the reporting period

Amends Title 38, United States Code by adding new Section 534 to Chapter 5
