NIST Director must develop and disseminate AI resources for small businesses, including technical standards, best practices, benchmarks, and methodologies for understanding, adopting, or integrating artificial intelligence

Resources must be technology-neutral, applicable to a wide range of small businesses, include practical case studies across business sizes, and reference existing federal frameworks on risk management, privacy, and cybersecurity

NIST must review and update the AI resources within 2 years of enactment and at least every 2 years thereafter

NIST must coordinate with the Small Business Administration to distribute resources through SBA resource partners; use of resources is voluntary

NIST must submit a report to Congress within 4 years covering resource development, dissemination, user feedback, and recommendations for further actions to help small businesses utilize AI
