Authorizes the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to furnish headstones or markers for cremated veterans who previously received urns or commemorative plaques, when those veterans are interred at the same burial site as another eligible individual

Requires the headstone or marker to include information about both the veteran and the other eligible individual buried at the shared site

Limits the benefit by requiring that adding the veteran's information must not increase the cost of the headstone or marker beyond the maximum amount permitted under law

Amends Section 2306(h)(2) of title 38, United States Code, which governs VA-provided burial memorials
