U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service shall continue partnering with Agriculture, Hawaii, and local stakeholders to manage ungulates in disease control areas on federal, state, and private land (with landowner consent)

Forest Service shall continue providing financial assistance to prevent disease spread and restore Hawaii's native forests

Forest Service shall continue funding staff and infrastructure for the Institute of Pacific Islands Forestry to conduct Rapid Ohia Death research
