Secretary must address oversight of grantees and sub-grantees to prevent waste, fraud, and abuse

Testimony must include progress on ending the affordable housing and homelessness crises, HUD's capacity to fulfill its statutory mission, and other ongoing activities

Amends Section 7 of the Department of Housing and Urban Development Act (42 U.S.C. 3535) by adding a new subsection on annual testimony requirements
