Secretary of Veterans Affairs must conduct a study within 120 days of enactment to determine whether RNA sequencing can effectively diagnose inflammation or cellular stress symptoms associated with PTSD in veterans

Study will be conducted through the VA's Center for Innovation for Care and Payment at medical facilities in five Veterans Integrated Service Networks

Study will terminate on September 30, 2027

Secretary must submit a report with study results to the Senate and House Veterans' Affairs Committees by September 30, 2028
