Requires the Secretaries of Agriculture, Interior, and Homeland Security to jointly conduct a quadrennial fire review examining the comprehensive wildfire environment in the United States, including changes to built and natural environments and wildfire's intersection with public health

Mandates the first report within 12 months of enactment, followed by reports every 4 years for 20 years, submitted to relevant House and Senate committees

Reports must forecast wildfire challenges for the 20-year period ahead, evaluate progress toward goals in the National Cohesive Wildland Fire Management Strategy (2014/2023) and the Wildland Fire Mitigation and Management Commission report (September 2023)

Participating agencies include the Forest Service, Department of the Interior, FEMA, and U.S. Fire Administration, with coordination from EPA and CDC on public health aspects

Reviews must include recommendations for federal legislation and administrative actions, plus projected scenarios for realigning programs, strategies, capabilities, and workforce to address future wildfire challenges
