Authorizes a land exchange between the U.S. Forest Service and the Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation (San Manuel Band of Mission Indians) in San Bernardino County, California

Transfers approximately 1,475 acres of National Forest System land to the Nation in exchange for approximately 1,460 acres of Nation-owned land, which will become part of San Bernardino National Forest

Requires the Secretary of Agriculture to complete the exchange within 120 days of receiving the Nation's offer, while reserving easements for Forest Service roads 1N22, 1N24, and 1N25

Mandates the Nation enter into an agreement within 120 days of enactment to preserve the historical and cultural integrity of the Arrowhead landmark site located on the federal land

Exempts the exchange from Section 206 of the Federal Land Policy Management Act of 1976, which typically governs federal land exchanges
