Secretary of Agriculture would establish 5 Regional Agriculture Cybersecurity Centers through competitive grants or cooperative agreements with eligible colleges and universities

Centers would conduct research on cybersecurity systems for seed agriculture, horticulture, animal agriculture, and the agriculture supply chain, including developing threat monitoring and intrusion detection systems

Centers must build live cybersecurity testbeds, conduct attack/defense exercises, and develop education and training programs for agricultural stakeholders

One college or university would be designated to coordinate a national network connecting all five regional centers

Authorizes $25,000,000 annually for fiscal years 2026 through 2030
