Secretary of the Interior must identify existing and potential categorical exclusions under NEPA that could facilitate coal production and export within 30 days of enactment

Findings must be reported to the House Committee on Natural Resources and Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources

Aims to enable other federal agencies to adopt these categorical exclusions pursuant to section 109 of NEPA (42 U.S.C. 4336c)
