Mandates identification of all pending mining projects on federal land within 10 days, with expedited approval of priority projects and annual reporting on projects with potential to increase hardrock mineral or byproduct production

Directs a 90-day regulatory review to identify and suspend, revise, or rescind agency actions that impose undue burdens on domestic mining, including soliciting industry feedback on bottlenecks

Requires the Secretary to identify all federal lands with hardrock mineral potential and prioritize accelerated geologic mapping, with annual reporting to Congress on mining opportunities
