Amends Section 1119(b)(3)(B) of the John D. Dingell, Jr. Conservation, Management, and Recreation Act (43 U.S.C. 1629g–1)

Provides additional time for eligible Alaska Native veterans who served during the Vietnam era to apply for federal land allotments
