Authorizes $33,900,000 payment to the Keweenaw Bay Indian Community for fiscal year 2026 as compensation for land taken without just compensation within the L'Anse Indian Reservation in Baraga County, Michigan

Settles claims for approximately 2,743 acres of "Reservation Swamp Lands" patented to Michigan between 1893-1937 under the Swamp Land Act, and 1,333-2,720 acres of "Reservation Canal Lands" conveyed under the 1852 Canal Land Act

Extinguishes all Community claims to the disputed lands upon receipt of payment, clearing title for current non-Indian landowners who acquired the property in good faith

Permits the Community to use funds for governmental services, economic development, natural resources protection, and land acquisition, but explicitly prohibits use for gaming purposes

Acknowledges the Department of Interior's December 2021 determination that the Community's land claims "have merit" based on treaty rights guaranteed under the 1854 Treaty with Chippewa Indians
