Secretary of Agriculture must support regional and national programs to collect and publish cost-of-production data for organic milk, including costs for organic feedstuffs (corn, soybeans, hay, pasture, etc.) and prices for both domestic and imported organic feedstuffs

Within 90 days of enactment, Secretary must establish an "Organic All Milk Prices Survey" to gather monthly data on payments to organic dairy farmers and prices for organic milk cows, covering national data and the 6 regions with greatest organic dairy production

Within 180 days of enactment, Secretary must publish new periodic reports with organic milk data equivalent to data reported for conventionally produced milk, using data from NASS, Economic Research Service, or Agricultural Marketing Service

Required reports must include organic cost-of-production data by state, regional organic milk production quantities, organic mailbox prices for the top 6 organic dairy regions, and major organic feedstuff prices
