Secretary of Homeland Security must establish a pilot program within 180 days to train and hire transitioning servicemembers as Border Patrol agents through the Department of Defense SkillBridge Program

Program requires collaboration between the Departments of Homeland Security, Defense, and Veterans Affairs, utilizing existing employment skills training authorities under 10 U.S.C. § 1143

Annual reports to six congressional committees must include participant numbers, applicant numbers, and breakdowns by military status (active, reserve, officer, enlisted, veteran, spouse, or dependent)

Pilot program terminates 5 years after establishment
