Directs the Secretary of the Interior to establish the National Wildlife Refuge System Invasive Species Strike Team Program within the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to eradicate, control, and reduce invasive species on refuge lands and waters through prevention, early detection, and rapid response

Requires at least one invasive species strike team in each U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service region, trained to conduct surveillance, eradication, containment, mapping, and active management using integrated pest management techniques

Authorizes the Secretary to provide financial assistance, technical assistance, contracts, and grants to federal, state, tribal, local, and private partners for managing property adjacent to refuges, and to respond to invasive species requests from other agencies

Mandates reports to Congress at 2 years and 5 years after enactment summarizing strike team activities and progress toward prevention, detection, control, or eradication of priority invasive species

Authorizes $15,000,000 per year for fiscal years 2026 through 2030 to implement the program
