Establishes the "Iranian Campaign Medal" to recognize Armed Forces members who served in support of operations during the Iran-Israel War, including Operation Midnight Hammer conducted on June 22, 2025

Eligibility includes service members who served on active duty in designated operations, deployed to designated areas of operations, or performed other qualifying service as prescribed by military Secretaries

Medal design must be approved by the Secretary of Defense and will include ribbons, lapel pins, and other appurtenances

Limits recipients to one medal per person, with provisions for issuance to next-of-kin if the service member is deceased

Requires the Secretary of Defense to ensure uniform regulations across military branches for medal issuance
